Farmer Certificate

Many people wonder as to how to become farmer in Maharashtra or how to get farmer certificate in Maharashtra. We provide this service from Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh states where citizens of our country can purchase farmland irrespective of whether they are farmers or not. On buying the farmland in Rajasthan or Madhya Pradesh, the owner will become the farmer of that state and will be eligible for farmer’s certificate which will make him entitled to buy farmland in Maharashtra and become farmer of Maharashtra. But, this is not as easy as it appears because the process of buying farmland and doing departmental formalities in other states by an outsider has its own challenges & difficulties and this is where we step in. All you have to do is to give your documents and a power of attorney to enable us to do all the formalities on your behalf.

Process:

We buy and get a parcel of farmland registered in the name of the applicant after due diligence ensuring that the land deeds and other documents are in order. We get the documents endorsed by the department and get the entry done in the Gram Panchayat. We get the Jamabandi (7/12), Bhoomi Praman Patra (Farmers Certificate) issued in your name duly signed by the Tehsildar.

Along with all the documents you will be the owner of the parcel of the farmland registered in your name, the Jamabandi or 7/12 of which can be checked at the State Government Land Records Website. For the entire process, the time period is about 30 days.

Below are the original documents we will deliver

1- Sale Deed of land

2- Stamp Duty Receipt

3- Bhoomi Praman Patra (Farmer Certificate)

4- Jamabandi (7/12)

You need to provide us the following –

1- Self-Attested copy of Pan Card.

2- Self-Attested copy of Aadhar Card.

3- Four Passport size colour photos.

4- Power of Attorney signed by you.
