Farmer Certificate
Process:
We buy and get a parcel of farmland registered in the name of the applicant after due diligence ensuring that the land deeds and other documents are in order. We get the documents endorsed by the department and get the entry done in the Gram Panchayat. We get the Jamabandi (7/12), Bhoomi Praman Patra (Farmers Certificate) issued in your name duly signed by the Tehsildar.
Along with all the documents you will be the owner of the parcel of the farmland registered in your name, the Jamabandi or 7/12 of which can be checked at the State Government Land Records Website. For the entire process, the time period is about 30 days.
Below are the original documents we will deliver
1- Sale Deed of land
2- Stamp Duty Receipt
3- Bhoomi Praman Patra (Farmer Certificate)
4- Jamabandi (7/12)
You need to provide us the following –
1- Self-Attested copy of Pan Card.
2- Self-Attested copy of Aadhar Card.
3- Four Passport size colour photos.
4- Power of Attorney signed by you.
